Lois Jean Knapp, 60, of Chesterfield, VA, formerly of Milford, DE passed away Monday, November 2, 2015 while at home with family. Lois was born in Chester, PA the daughter of the late Clarence and Olga (McElmon) Garrett. She, along with her late husband David, owned and operated M & M Liquor Store in Milford for 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her late husband and family and especially loved entertaining family and friends on holiday occasions. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband David R. Knapp in April 2015.

She is survived by her five children Dale Faye Lukens, Michelle Renee Knapp, Katherine Ann Knapp, Joy Marie Williams and David J. Knapp; one brother Chuck; one sister Brenda and 5 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford, DE where friends may call from 12:30 - 1 pm. Burial will be in Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica
