Dear Bill and Lisa,
Sorry for the late posting, but you and your family have been in our thoughts and prayers as we have headed home to DE.
Its hard to lose a Mom, but, take comfort in your loving memories and in your faith.
Take care during these stressful times and God be with you all of you.

To Shirley, and all of your family, let me say that after reading your Mom's obituary, I could see what a special, generous and loving person she was. Anyone who loves and cares for animals and wildlife as she did is a "good soul" in my book. I know I would have liked her and only wish I had known her. I wanted so much to be there on Sunday for her funeral, but travel plans out of state precluded my doing so. I will happily donate in her name to the SPCA. Be strong and know that she had a wonderful life and raised an amazing family. With love, Carol

Dear Joyce and family, I was sad to hear of your mother's passing. She was such a nice lady. I wanted to attend her funeral but was unable to due to sciatica problems. I know you will miss her but have many wonderful memories to comfort you. Sincerely, always a friend, Regina

Joyce may happy memories of your wonderful Mother bring you and your family members through this sorrowful time. The DVD shows the Love that surrounded her. She had a full and well lived life, what more can any one ask for. We are sending a donation to the SPCA in her name. You remain in our thoughts.....Beverly

I was an 18-year-old Amish kid when I began working at Kershaw Hardware in 1978 and met Alice there. She taught me how to cut glass for the little partitions in shelving, and how Sparkle was her favorite cleaner for glass and almost everything in the store. She was a real sweet lady and a pleasure to know. I lost track of her after she retired.

Shirley, I never had the pleasure of meeting her but, knowing you over the years, it's obvious that you inherited many of the same wonderful qualities noted in her obit. Praying for you and your boys.
