Clarkie was a true gentleman and a wonderful friend. When I started working at Winner Ford he would come and talk to me and ask if I was ok. I had just moved to Dover from PA to help my Dad after my Mom had passed. Shortly after moving my Dad passed also. I was so heartbroken and overwhelmed. He always made me smile. We went to dinner on a couple occasions and to a couple church functions. He was so proud of his church family and introduced me to everyone. A snappy dresser with a heart of gold. I thought of him often with a smile. Just tried to look him up and sadly saw this notice of his passing. My condolences to his family. Rest in peace Clarkie.
