Pastor Mary Maldonado, 68, of Milford, DE went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Kent General Hospital, Bayhealth Medical Center, Dover. Pastor Mary was born in Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Jose and Benigna (Serreno) Marrero. She served as Pastor of the Soldados De La Luz in Milford. She was also very involved with the Lighthouse Christian Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years Adrian Maldonado; 4 daughters Mary Brennan, Abigail Brennan, Carmen Soto and Sonia Hernandez; 1 stepdaughter Rubi Campos; 2 stepsons Sergio Maldonado and Omar Maldonado; 3 sisters Antonia Mendez, Nancy Higgins and Sonia Grabiski; 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Mary's Life will be held at 6 pm on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Soldados De La Luz, 
21 - 23 N. Church Street, Milford. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday, April 29, 2016 at the Lighthouse Christian Center, 662 Milford - Harrington Highway, Milford. Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery, Milford, DE. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Lighthouse Christian Center Building Fund, 662, Milford-Harrington Highway, Milford, DE  19963. Arr. by Lofland Funeral Home, Milford.
