Michael Glenn Felin, 61, passed away peacefully in his home on the morning of April 10,2016. He
suffered aheart attack in July 2015 and simply never fully recovered.

Mike was born in Wilmington, DE and was the son of Charles F. Felin, III and Orlilla Shepherd Felin.
In 1967 the family moved to Lincoln, DE and he was a graduate of Milford High School. Mike was
predeceased by his parents and his sister Ann Isaacs, who he missed terribly, but misses no more! He is
survived by his sisters Stella Reed of Greenwood and Jaime Hurd of Ellendale. From these three
sisters he was blessed abundantly with nieces and nephews he loved dearly and who adored him. Mike
married Ginny Lynn Vikara on April 23,1999. Through their marriage Mike gained Ginny's son Clifton
Vikara and still more nieces and nephews to love and enjoy. Until recent years they loved to travel and
they loved coming home. At the Felin's home you were always greeted by the assortment of dogs that
brought him much joy.

From 1974 to 1976 Mike served as a communications specialist during the Vietnam War. He was
proud to serve the country he loved. Following his military service he returned to Delaware where he
worked for The George Sherman Corporation and Bob Dishman in the electrical field. He worked in
food processing with Clifton Canning and Hanover Foods. Prior to his disability in 2003 following a
motorcycle accident, he was an independent electrical contractor, the owner of Mike's Electrictrical
Service. After his accident he received training in counseling and facilitating group therapies required
by the state for men who inflicted domestic abuse. He was a past member of the Milford Jaycees and
was one of Milford's outstanding men of the year in 1982.

Mike left this earth quietly but he entered heaven with a resounding hallelujah! He accepted Jesus as
his Savior as a boy and made Him Lord of his life in 1998. It was at this time that Mike began his
personal ministry. He shared the plan of salvation freely and led many to the Lord. "Pastor Mike"
served as the Chaplin at the Stevenson House- a detention center for youth from 2002 until 2005 and
served as a youth camp director at Camp Mardela in Denton, MD. He was a lifetime member of the
Christian Motorcyclist Association where he served as Chaplin. He enjoyed leading Bible studies and
spent many hours in preparation. During this time of his life he furthered his education, earning degrees
in Christian Studies and Church Ministry and was ordained into ministry by the Sure Foundation. He
saturated himself in the Word of God and the Word did not return void.
