Esther D. Oliva, 91, of Milton, DE passed away peacefully on Monday, January 18, 2016 at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. Esther was born in Dunmore, PA the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Anna Marie Donatello. She was an executive secretary in banking, working in Washington, DC for many years before retiring. She was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by her husband Joseph Oliva; one son Raymond Nails and his wife Deborah, of Rehoboth Beach; and one daughter Barbara Nails, of MD; as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 506 Seabury Avenue, Milford where friends may visit with the family from 10:30 to 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE  19963. Arrangements by Lofland Funeral Home, Milford, DE.
