William Pippin Obituary

William O. Pippin, 73, of Harrington, DE passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Bayhealth Sussex Campus, Milford. Bill was born in Milford, DE the son of the late Otis M. and Irene (Cornish) Pippin. He worked as a warehouseman at Playtex in Dover for 40 years before retiring in 2018. He was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church, in Dover. He enjoyed woodworking and displaying finished projects at craft shows. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Gail Bennett and a half sister Faye Cornish. 

He is survived by his wife of 32 years Mary (Brown) Pippin; a daughter Kathy Flowers (Neil); a step son Ricky Brown (Kimberly) and step daughter Holly Lapinsky (Lane); 6 grandchildren Nick Flowers, Kurt Lapinsky, Tyler Lapinsky, Brennen Brown, Mya Brown and Alyssa Brown; and 5 step great grandchildren.

A viewing will be held from 12 - 1 pm on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at the McKnatt, Carpenter & Baker Funeral Home, 50 Commerce Street, Harrington where funeral services will be held at 1 pm. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Calvary Assembly of God Church, 1141 East Lebanon Rd., Dover, DE 19901.
