William Stevenson Neff

William Stevenson Neff, 91, of Milford, DE passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Milford Place, Milford. Bill worked as a carpenter most of his life and worked as a line assemblyman at the General Motors plant at Newport, Delaware for 20 years while raising his two children. He then worked as a carpenter, general handyman and landscaper up into his 70's. He was an active member of the Milford Moose Lodge # 2316 and the Milford Elks Lodge # 2401.

Bill enjoyed life to the fullest and loved his son Dan and daughter Sue very much. He enjoyed traveling, especially to his favorite place Rapid City, South Dakota. He enjoyed shooting pool, watching television and reading, mostly newspapers. He was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Gene Walker, and his other sister Dorothy N. Combs.

He is survived by a son Daniel Neff and a daughter Patricia Neff.

A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held at 10 am on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford, DE. Letters of condolence may be shared with the family at www.loflandandmcknatt.com.
