Walter Boyd Kilgore

Walter Boyd Kilgore, age 88, of Milford, DE passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020. He was born in Chester, PA on August 14, 1931. He was the son of the late Robert W. and Iris Kilgore. Mr. Kilgore worked at Bellmount Iron, served in the National Guard and was retired from his own business Kilgore Cleaning Service. He had a great sense of humor telling jokes, was an avid fisherman, loved playing cards, throwing horseshoes, going to the slots and eating crabs.

Walt is survived by his wife of 67 years Mildred V. Kilgore, of Lewistown, PA; his son Walter R. Kilgore (wife Denise), of Glenolden, PA; a daughter Mary S. Kaltenstein (husband Barry), of Lancaster, PA; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was loved and will be missed more than words can say.
