Thomas M. Dancel

Thomas M. Dancel, 71, of Milford, DE formerly of Port Chester, New York, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026 at home. Tom was born & raised in Yonkers, NY the son of the late Manuel and Frances (Paradiso) Dancel. He worked in carpet, flooring and textile sales for many years before retiring in 2021. He was a devoted New York Yankees fan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 2 brothers Gerry and David Dancel.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years Tania (Taboada) Dancel; 3 daughters Nicole Dancel (Ed Morrison), Kristen Dancel-Manning (Kenny Manning) and Michele Dancel (Steven Salanitro); a sister Donna Porr; a brother Dennis Dancel, 7 grandchildren who lovingly called him Pipa:  Alexa, Gabrielle, Charlie, Lia, Alyssa, Maximus, and Ava; many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends and his beloved dogs Jessie and Nathan.

A viewing will be held from 4 - 6 pm on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where prayers will be recited at 6 pm.
