Teresa Catherine Morris

Teresa C. Morris, 67, of Houston, DE passed away peacefully on Friday, December 1, 2023 in the Milford Center, Genesis Healthcare. Teresa was born in Milford, DE the daughter of the late Howard and Emily (Passwaters) O'Neal. She was a graduate of Milford High School. She worked for 5 years for the Milford School District, then went to work as a secretary for the State Attorney Generals Office in Georgetown for several years before retiring in 1997. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandchild Axel Morris; two brothers Howard "Butch" O'Neal and Lawrence O'Neal and two sisters Alice Jenkins and Mildred Tribbitt.

She is survived by a daughter Jennifer Hazzard and her husband Tor; a son Glenn Morris, Jr.; a sister Juanita Roberts; and 5 grandchildren Morgan Morris, Madison Hazzard, Carson Hazzard, McKenna Hazzard, Emerald Morris and her loving ex-husband Joe Morris.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Bay Road, Frederica. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Church of the Nazarene, 11 Salevan Place, Milford, DE  19963. Arr. by Lofland Funeral Home, Milford.
