Stacey Kay Knox

Stacey Kay Knox, 44, of Lewes, DE passed away suddenly on Friday, March 6, 2026 at Bayhealth Sussex Campus, Milford. Stacey was born in Milford, the daughter of the late Anthony Jenkins and Paula Laurenzi. She enjoyed going to the beach. Stacey loved her special niece Calleigh. She also loved her dogs. Stacey was a very strong woman and a survivor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother who raised her, Kay Laurenzi.

She is survived by her husband Francis Knox; her aunt Denise Laurenzi; her cousin Holly Laurenzi; her niece Calleigh; her beloved dog and companion, her Australian Shepherd, Carter; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Brandywine Valley SPCA, 22918 Dupont Blvd., Georgetown, DE  19947.
