Ruth Ann Smith

Ruth Ann Smith, 73, of Milford, DE passed away peacefully on Monday, October 27, 2025 at Bayhealth Sussex Campus, Milford. Ruth Ann was born in Gideon, MO, the daughter of the late Rondal and Flossie "Flo" (Pardon) Riddle. She worked as a cosmetologist for many years. Ruth Ann enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. 

She is survived by her companion of 28 years Reggie Argo; two daughters Stacy Walls (Johnny) and Johnna Walla (Joel); two step children Ricky Argo (Faith) and Tina Bennett (Jimmy); two sisters Debbie Woodall and Jana Moore; one brother Ronnie Riddle; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; 3 Nephews and 1 Niece.  

A Celebration of Ruth Ann's Life will be held from 1 - 3 pm on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the MIlford Elks Lodge, 18951 Elks Lodge Rd, Milford, DE. Arr. by Lofland Funeral Home, Milford, DE. Letters of condolence may be shared with the family at www.loflandandmcknatt.com.
