Patricia H. Keeler

Patricia H. Keeler, 88, of Smyrna, DE passed away at the home of her daughter in Milford, DE on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. She was born in Harrington, DE the daughter of the late T. Briton and Virginia (O'Neal) Holloway. Patricia began her career working with her former husband as partners in Master Key Builders. After growing tired of the construction business, both she and her former husband purchased Boondocks Restaurant in Smyrna, which she operated with her family for the last 40 years. In the 6 months during the off season, when the Boondocks was closed, Patricia would live in Las Vegas. She was known to be an avid poker player and loved to play Texas Hold'em. Patricia was also very crafty. When at home in Delaware, she would make stained glass windows, which are now located in all of the windows at the Boondocks. Patricia loved harness racing, was a fan of both the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles, but was a devout fan of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

She is survived by her 3 daughters Virginia Keeler (Ron Hill), Tina Clark (Bobby) and Velvet Grace; 4 grandchildren Brit Evans, Brooks Noll, Brady Noll, and Kelsey Grace; and 6 great grandchildren Bradley Evans, Max Evans, Rowan Noll, Annistyn Noll, Brynnlee Noll, and Teagan Noll.

Family and close friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life for Patricia that will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at the Boondocks Restaurant, 825 Lighthouse Road, Smyrna, DE.
