Nolin Joseph Hudson

Nolin Joseph Hudson, 21, of Greenwood, DE passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 6, 2025. Nolin was born in Dover, DE the son of Bobbi Jo Sapp and Shawn Hudson. He was a graduate of Milford High School. Nolin began his career in October 2023 as a lineman for U.L.C.S. where he was working towards his journeyman's license at the time of his death. He traveled throughout the East Coast assisting with storm repair from hurricanes and storms. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, duck hunting, deer hunting, baseball, playing softball for the Milford Church of God, playing golf and all kinds of racing. He also loved going to the beach and being around the water. 

Nolin was a devout Christian and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior and was baptized on February 2, 2025. He was an active member of the Milford Church of God. Nolin was such a loving and kind, tender hearted man, who was always there for his family, for he loved them dearly. Most special to Nolin was the unbreakable bond he had with his brother Kadin. We take peace in knowing that Nolin knew the Lord and that he is at peace with Him and walking the streets of gold. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Joan Schiable.

He is survived by his mother Bobbi Jo Sapp; his father and step mother Shawn and Cindy Hudson; his step father Donovan Hoyt; a brother Kadin Hudson; a step brother Layne Hoyt; his maternal grandparents Robert and Carol (Nanny & Pap) Sapp; his paternal grandfather Harvey Hudson, Sr.; his aunt and uncle Harvey Hudson, Jr. and Paula and Nick and Jessie Sapp; his cousins Trey, Cheyanne, Addison and Ryenn; and the love of his life Gracie Fetterman.

Friends may call from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at the Milford Church of God, 500 North Walnut Street, Milford where services will be held at 1 pm. Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery, Rt. 113, Milford. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the Milford Church of God, 500 N. Walnut Street, Milford, DE  19963.
