Lois M. Williamson

Lois M. Williamson, 85, of Lincoln, DE passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at home. Lois was born in Raleigh, NC the daughter of the late Hildman and Martha (Wainwright) Murray. She was a homemaker for most of her life. She did work for a while at L.D. Caulk in Milford before retiring after several years. She was a member of Cokesbury Church, Georgetown. She loved doing things with her hands and enjoyed doing woodwork, sewing, crocheting and doing ceramics. She also liked to fish. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husbnad Charles Elliott; her second husband Ernest Williamson; a granddaughter Patricia Harris; two sons Mark Elliott and Norris Ray Elliott; and a sister Doris Harvey.

She is survived by her two sons Ronnie Elliott (Debbie) and Curtis Elliott; a daughter Shirley Harris (Michael); a sister Marjorie Chambers; 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where a viewing will be held from 12 - 1 pm. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington. Letters of condolence may be shared with the family at www.loflandandmcknatt.com.
