Lloyd Roger Yerkes

Lloyd Roger Yerkes, 59, of Houston, DE passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at home. Lloyd was born in Milford, DE the son of Janet E. (Mills) Yerkes and the late Theodore T. Yerkes. He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for George and Lynch, Baltimore Air Coil and Chesapeake Supply before having to retire on disability. He was a member of Houston U.M. Church.

He is survived by his wife of 19 years Karen; his mother Janet E. Yerkes; 3 step children David Roberts, Andrew Roberts and Susan Foreman; 2 brothers Townsend Yerkes and his wife Rochelle and Duane "Stoney" Yerkes and his wife Crystal as well as several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 1 - 2 pm on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where a Celebration of Lloyd's Life will be held at 2 pm.
