Joanne Warren

Joanne Warren of Lincoln passed away peacefully on December 19, 2022, with family by her side. She was 79. She is survived by her daughter Karen and her husband Robert Massey of Ellendale; her son Kevin, his wife Jenifer and their sons Finn and Connor of Oxford, PA; and her son Adam, his wife Angeline, and their daughter Lily of Portland, Oregon. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years William and by her parents John and Mary Lonergan.

Joanne was born in Manhattan, NY in 1942. Her family moved to Delaware in 1954 where she graduated from Milford High School in 1960. She was the first of her family to attend college and received a Bachelors in Elementary Education. Joanne taught full time in Columbus, OH public schools and was a substitute teacher in Delaware. For many years she helped operate Draperies Etc., Inc in Milford with her brothers, sisters, and daughter. 

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on March 26, 2023, at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford.
