Jerry L. Jerman, Sr.

Jerry L. Jerman, Sr., of Georgetown, DE passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at home. Jerry was born in Milford, DE the son of the late Walter P. and Ruth Ann (Pugh) Jerman. He was a graduate of Milford High School. Jerry owned and operated J.L.J. Enterprises, Inc. in Harrington for over 25 years. He was an avid gardener, loved going to auctions and enjoyed browsing for antiques and collectables. He also loved fishing, especially in Canada with his dear friend of 50 years Bill Heise. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Carol Haney.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years Elizabeth Faye (Brown) Jerman; two sons Jerry L. Jerman, Jr. (Johanna) and James Jerman (Samantha); a daughter Victoria Dravneek (Tim); and 6 grandchildren Erin, Daniel, Benjamin, Eliot, Ethan and Alexander.

A viewing will be held from 12 - 1 pm on Monday, April 25, 2022, at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where services will be held at 1 pm. Burial will be in McColley's Cemetery, Georgetown. Letters of condolence may be shared with the family at www.loflandandmcknatt.com.
