Harriet Michelle Cashnelli, 50, of Milford, DE formerly of Pelican Point, Millsboro DE, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford, DE, with her husband at her side. Harriet was born in Jersey City, NJ the daughter of the late Henry Holzmann II and Harriet (Cooney) Malvasi and step daughter of Daniel Malvasi. Harriet was a loving wife to Jim and a stay at home Mom, raising her two daughters Mackenzie and Alexandra. She loved to practice energy healing and meditation and building up her crystals collection from Rock Mama. Harriet loved doing random acts of kindness without expecting any sort of credit or recognition. She had a kind heart and just wanted to help people. She was secretly the Pelican Point Fairy, where she would anonymously send flowers to people in the community around the major holidays.
She is survived by her loving husband of 17 years Jim, her two daughters, whom she adored Mackenzie and Alexandra Cashnelli; three brothers Henry, James and Daniel Holzmann and her stepfather Daniel Malvasi.
A viewing will be held from 6 - 8 pm on Friday, April 11, 2025 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford, DE. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 506 Seabury Avenue, Milford, DE. Burial will be private.
