Obituary

Edith L. Boyce, 87, of Houston, DE passed away Monday, January 23, 2023. Edith was born in Crumpler, WV, the daughter of the late Wiley and Rachel Milam. She worked as a seamstress for many years at Milford Stitching. She loved spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband William Norman Wroten, her second husband Edward Boyce, two brothers Wade Milam and Claude Milam and a sister Ellen Mitchell.

She is survived by two sons Randy L. Wroten (Beverly Breeding) and William T. Wroten (Jacqueline); 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; a brother Hobert Milam; a sister Helen Caulk; and a special friend Alvin Johnson. 

A viewing will be held from 1 - 2 pm on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford, where services will be held at 2 pm. Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery, Milford. Letters of condolence may be shared with the family at www.loflandandmcknatt.com.
