Daniel N. Cirasella

Daniel N. Cirasella, 86, of Harrington, DE passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Bayhealth Sussex Campus, Milford. Daniel was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He served in the U.S. Navy. Daniel worked as a chemical operator for G.A.F. for many years before retiring. He was a member of the Eastern Short Haired Pointer Club and the Diamond State Short Haired Pointer Association. He loved to hunt with his dogs. Daniel was preceded in death by his mother Rose (Barbetta) Cirasella; 3 brothers Angelo, Joseph and Michael Cirasella and 3 sisters Mickey Rotola, Antoinette Farrel, and Mildred Topetro.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years Joan M. (Kwetkauskie) Cirasella; brother-in-law John Kwetkauskie; a niece Lara Kwetkauskie and a nephew Brian Kwetkauskie.

Committal with military honors will be at 1 pm on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 in the Chapel of Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN  38105. Arr. by Lofland Funeral Home, Milford.
