Christina May DiSaia

Christina May DiSaia, 37, of Milford, DE formerly of Baltimore, MD passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, August 19, 2021. Christina was born in Baltimore, MD the daughter of Simon Drzewiecki and Mary Magee. She worked as a retail manager beginning at K.B. Toys in Baltimore for 10 years. She then went to work for F.Y.E. in Baltimore, again as a retail manager, then transferred to the store located in the Dover Mall, working a total of 11 years before having to retire on disability. Christina was a member of Grace of God Church in Dover. She was known to have a kind heart and gentle soul. She loved caring for and had a deep love for both her family and friends and was lovingly given the nickname "Mother Goose" by those who knew her. She was also an avid fan of the Scooby Doo cartoon series.

She is survived by her husband of 19 years Joseph R. DiSaia; her five children Joseph Jr., Brandon, Emily, Isabella and Abigail; her mother and father Mary and Simon Drzewiecki; and two sisters Carolyn Drzewiecki and Catherine Schaeffer.

A Celebration of Christina's Life will be held  12 pm -4pm on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Seasoned Mariner 601 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222. At 1:30pm after we are led in prayer myself and her husband Joe will speak about Tina, others are welcome to share as well and then we will end in prayer. Please know are welcome but if we meet the maximum occupancy of 150 people, people will have to be seated in the outside dining area.
