Charles H. "Pat" Patrick, Jr.

Charles H. "Pat" Patrick, Jr., 74, of Milford, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, January 12, 2023. Pat was born in Easton, MD. He was the son of the late Charles H. and Bette (Faulkner) Patrick, Sr. He was then raised by his late grandparents Richard and Henrietta Faulkner. Pat served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, where he received the Purple Heart. Pat worked as the finance manager at Millsboro Ford for many years before retiring. He was a life member of the Milford American Legion Post #3, the Military Order of the Purple Heart, the Milford Blue Hen VFW Post # 6483, and the Mispillion Bass Club. Pat enjoyed restoring his 1968 Camaro, fishing and hunting. He was a jack of all trades and could fix just about anything. He also had a great sense of humor and was a great jokester. Most important to Pat was his family, with whom he loved spending time. In addition to his parents and grandparents, he was preceded in death by his sister Patsy.

He is survived by his loving wife Cheryl; two daughters Lori Patrick (Fiancée Scott) and Lisa West (Ben); three sons Nathan Jackson (Mindi), Charles Patrick, and Kyle Jackson (Whitney); as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers and sisters.

A viewing will be held from 10 am to 11:15 am on Friday, January 20, 2023, at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where funeral services will begin at 11:30. Burial with Military Honors will be at 1 pm in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Milford Blue Hen VFW Post #6483, 177 Veterans Circle, Milford, DE  19963.
