Barbara Ann (Warnick) Bunting, 79, of Greenwood, passed peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on July 23, 2022. Better known as Ann, she was born on October 26, 1942, the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Hazel (Pearson) Warnick.
Ann attended Greenwood High School and aside from selling Avon products like her mother, she also worked at several local businesses including DuPont, Greenwood IGA, Nanticoke Homes, and finally retiring with Dreambuilders Construction. In 1988, Ann wed John Bunting allowing them to celebrate 24 years of marriage together in which he never left her side. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother Charles Warnick and a granddaughter Jessica A. Karrat.
Ann is survived by her husband John Bunting, her son, William C. Finkbiner, her son, Robert A. Finkbiner, her daughter, Cathy J. Clifton (Neil), her daughter, Lisa Moriarity (Dan), and her son, John Bunting II (Skye); a sister Bonnie Jean (Warnick) Kenton (Harvey) and a sister-in-law, Valerie (Shahan) Warnick. She will be forever missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Aside from family, two individuals who took such loving care of Ann include Mary Hamlin and Rosie Wilson.
A service of remembrance, led by Jerry Schrock, will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where friends may call from 11 am - 1 pm. Interment will be in Milford Community Cemetery, N. DuPont Blvd., Milford. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O.
