Barbara Ann Walls

Barbara Ann Walls, 57, of Milford, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 8, 2022, at Bayhealth Sussex Campus, Milford. Barb was born in Dover, DE the daughter of the late Clinton Dernberger and Betty Campbell. She worked for herself as a housekeeper as well as a loving care giver for senior citizens. She was a member of the Milford Moose Lodge # 2316. She loved working in her flower bed. Most important to her were her grandchildren, whom she loved to care for and spend time with. She also loved her fur babies, especially her late granddaughter's little puppy "Callie". In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter Madison "Maddie" McGinnis, her sister Debbie Jimenez and her brother Robert Dernberger.

She is survived by her husband of 22 years Buddy Walls; her children David McGinnis (Ashley), Amanda York (Kevin), Andrea Walls, Josh Walls (Brooke), and Tyler Walls; grandchildren Kadin McGinnis, Savanna McGinnis, Skylar McGinnis, Jordan Moses, Mikaela Walls, Mackenzie McGinnis, Krystyna York, and Bennett Walls; one brother Wade Campbell; as well as a special nephew Michael Campbell, as well as many other nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held from 12 - 1 pm on Monday, August 15, 2022, at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where funeral services will be held at 1 pm. Burial will be in Barratts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be sent to Lofland Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
