Angélica E. Vicente Santa Cruz passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at her home with her family and friends in Milford Delaware after a long battle with cancer.

Angelica Edith Vicente Santa Cruz was born in Peru in the city of Lima on February 24, 1965, daughter of Doña Carmen Santa Cruz Valdez and Don Luis Vicente León, she was the third sister in the family, having as siblings: Braulio, Carmen Rosa, Martin and Juan. She lived her childhood, adolescence and youth in the district of Ventanilla, Satélite city of the constitutional province of Callao of Peru.

Her primary studies were carried out at the National Women's School "La Mercedes", the secondary level at the emblematic National Mixed School Nuestra Señora de Belén in the Ventanilla district.

She began her higher studies at the Instituto Superior Argentino, certifying herself as: Assistant Accounting Technician and due to her fighting and entrepreneurial spirit, she continued her studies at the Inca Garcilazo de la Vega University, achieving the professional title of Public Accountant, completing her master's studies. in accounting sciences at the National Federico Villarreal University, she also enrolled in the College of Accountants of Peru (CCP), working professionally in the private sector.

She immigrated to the United States in 2001, pursuing her dream of personal and professional development, starting work like every immigrant with a lot of effort, sacrifice and dedication in such a way that in a short time she managed to work in the field of her job training in the state of Virginia with the Tax Management Service company that promotes her to do accounting work in Delaware, where she had the joy of meeting her beloved husband Brian Knuteson with whom she shared very happy moments, always from the hand of God.

Angelica loved Brian's family, Shirley Knuteson (mom), Sandra Knuteson, Cheryl Nehme, David Knuteson, Mike Knuteson, Jerry Knuteson, Mark Disrud, John Disrud, Lori Sheppard, David Disrud and Darlene Knuteson (stepmom). She loved the unique quality of a stepfamily. she always tried to combine her family in Peru and Brian's family.

Everywhere she was she always transcended herself by cultivating good friendships, characterized by her humility, her collaborative attitude and always being at the service of others, always having God first and above all. She had personalized attention with the clients of the accounting services company established with her partner, her husband Brian, she provided unconditional spiritual service to clients, friends, siblings and whoever God placed in her path. She was characterized by leading in her Catholic community of Dover, fundamentally in being one of the main motivators for the development of activities in tribute to the Lord of Miracles in the month of October, to whom she was very devoted, always with a lot of love. And joy.

She was a very reserved woman with her personal issues, characterized by being a very affectionate and loving person with children, she was a very good counselor and detail-oriented with her friends and family, always being present when they needed her and all that love that she gave We see it reflected at this moment.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 South State Street, Dover, DE where a visitation will be held from 10 - 11 am.
