Richard L. "Dicky" Willing III, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Milford Memorial Hospital, Bayhealth Medical Center. Dicky was born in Chestertown, MD the son of the late Richard L. Willing, Jr. and Marjorie (Cecil) Willing. He was a self employed painter, working throughout the Delmarva Peninsula for many years. 

Dicky is survived by his fiancee' Christine Albrecht; his sister Helen Cleveland and James Watkins; his nieces Sherri Clark and her husband Delron and Dorothy Lee and her husband Joe; his nephews Anthony Willing and Michael Schmick; his great niece Rylee; 2 great nephews Aiden and Anthony, Jr.; his uncle and aunt Robert J. Willing and his wife Kim;  his aunt and uncle Katharine and Jeff Crook; his aunt Linda Pletcher; a host of cousins; and his beloved German Shepherd "Shelby" who he treated as if she was his child.

Friends may call from 6 - 7:30 pm on Monday evening, July 10, 2017 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford where a Celebration of Dicky's Life will be held at 7:30 pm. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Lofland Funeral Home to help defray the funeral expenses.
