Muriel W. "Mickey" Kuhlmann, 90, of Milford, DE formerly of Snow Hill, MD passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the Milford Center, Milford. Mickey was born in Willis Wharf, VA the daughter of the late Orville and Nina (Miles) Wheatley. She was a graduate of Snow Hill High School. Mickey worked as a salesperson at the Milford Pharmacy in Milford for several years and then went to work at Wilmington Trust Bank in Milford, working for approximately 18 years as a bank teller before retiring. She was a member of the Shawnee Country Club, where she was an avid golfer. She loved playing bridge, arranging flowers and enjoyed reading. Most important to Mickey were her three daughters, their children and her great grandchildren. She took great pride in being able to teach her grandchildren the fine points of playing golf and the importance of family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Kuhlmann in 2000, a sister, Alta Naylor, and her first husband, the father of her children, Robert Corddry. She is survived by 3 daughters Christine Plack (Bill), Bobbi Dean (Jim) and Paula Curtis (Doug); her grandchildren Lauren Furillo, Melissa Hardesty, Chris Kirschner, Ashlyn Neuberger, and Brandon Curtis; her great grandchildren Brooke Hardesty, Brayden Hardesty and Owen Curtis; her sisters Barbara Bizzarro and Geraldine Willis and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will be received to Celebrate Mickey's life on August 5th between 3:00 & 5:00 pm at the Rookery North, 6152 South Rehoboth Blvd., Milford, Delaware.

Interment will be private at a later date.
