William David Roberts, 66, of Milford, DE formerly of Randolph, NJ, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford, after a brief battle with cancer.  Bill was born in Newark, NJ the son of the late William R. and Jean Marie (Conroy) Roberts. He served in the National Guard for several years. Bill worked as a salesman for Verizon up until 2006 when he retired. He was an outstanding softball player and loved playing golf. 

He is survived by his wife of 33 years Connie M. (Miliano) Roberts; one sister Sue Schieman and one brother John Roberts, as well as several nieces and nephews..

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE  19963.
