Patricia H. Wolfe (Mom-Mom Pat) of Georgetown, age 83, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, May 9, 2017. She was born November 10, 1933, in Rockford, Illinois, to Elmer Hills and Hortense Hills. Patricia was preceded in death by her late husband Thomas Wolfe and son Todd Silvestri. Mom-Mom was the matriarch of the family, always the centerpiece of each discussion. She loved nothing more then spending time with her family and friends. Sharing stories and crocheting were some of her favorite hobbies. She enjoyed any social gathering, especially those times spent with her church family. Her heart and soul has and always will reside at the beach. The sound of the waves and sight of the sand was truly her sanctity in life. 

Patricia is survived by her sons William Silvestri and wife Mary Silvestri, Jay Silvestri, and Toselli Silvestri; 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. 

Family, friends, and others whose lives Patricia touched are invited to the St. George’s Chapel, 20271 Beaver Dam Rd., Harbeson, DE 19951, at noon on Sunday, July 16, 2017 with reception to follow. Please, in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to The Episcopal Parish of All Saints Church & St. George’s Chapel, 18 Olive Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE  19971.
