Michael Frank DeLise, 74, of Frederica, DE passed away Friday, January 8, 2016 at home. Michael was born in Philadelphia, PA the son of the late Michael Anthony and Concetta (Malvoso) DeLise. He had a diverse  career. He began by playing his saxophone and accordion at venues in and around the Philadelphia area. He also worked as an electrical engineer, working for Philco, RCA., GE and Siemens for many years. Michael left Siemens to become the Vice President of Provident Bank. He was also an entrepreneur and owned Mr. D's Cheesecakes in Essex, Maryland. He most recently worked as an insurance agent for several companies. 

He is survived by his wife of 14 years Teresa Marie (Sanders) DeLise; four sons Wayne Hawk, Michael Hawk, Anthony DeLise and Rocco DeLise; one daughter Conchetta Hecht; two step sons Michael Levy and Anthony Levy;  one brother Louis DeLise and one sister Angela Goddard; 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.

Friends may call from 11 am to 1 pm on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at the Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Avenue, Milford, DE where a funeral service will be held at 1 pm. Burial will be private.
